Can an ipod classic be restored on one computer to be used on another computer?

I want to sync my ipod classic on my small other computer, however the internet on it doesn’t work. I curently have my tunes on the website, however when i plug my ipod inside it states i must restore it. Will it be restored on a single computer to become used on the Different computer?
